A walkthrough of the d.pro trading terminal — chart, order book, order panel, positions, and onchain analytics.
Trading Terminal
The d.pro trading terminal is the main place you'll spend your time. Open it from the top nav (or the Trade button on any asset page) and pick a market — spot, perpetual, or HIP-3.
Layout
The terminal is split into five panels:
- Chart (center) — TradingView Lightweight Charts with custom annotations and indicators. Switch the chart in place between the standard candlestick view, Liquidation Map, and Order Map — same panel, different lens on the same asset.
- Order book (right) — live bid/ask depth that ticks in real time
- Order panel (right) — place Market, Limit, or TWAP orders
- Positions & orders (bottom-left) — your open positions, open orders, and recent fills
- Onchain analytics (bottom-right) — tabbed analytics on the asset you're trading: Holders, Trades, Smart Traders, and Cohort. Switch tabs in place — no separate page needed.

Market types
Perpetual contracts on Hyperliquid settle in USDC. You can go long or short with up to 50× leverage on major assets.
Key controls:
- Leverage — set per-asset; adjustable from the leverage button
- Margin mode — Cross (shared pool) or Isolated (per-position risk ring-fence)
- Funding rate — paid or received every hour, shown in the market header
Spot trading for HIP-1 and HIP-2 assets, settled in USDC.
- No leverage on spot
- Same chart, order book, and order panel as perps
- Your USDC and token balances update in real time as you trade
Builder-deployed perpetuals via Hyperliquid's HIP-3 standard — custom perp markets created by third-party builders.
- Deployers receive 50% of fee revenue
- Popular HIP-3 markets are stocks and commodities — for example US equities, gold, silver, and crude oil. The active list rotates as new builders deploy.
Real-time data
Every panel — chart, order book, positions, analytics — updates live without you having to refresh. Switch markets and the new feed kicks in immediately.
Market overview
For a wider view, navigate to the Market overview page from the sidebar. It shows a Hot Map of every Hyperliquid market as a bubble visualization.
- Filter by market type: All / Spot / Perp / TradFi
- Filter by dimension: Volume / Trades / Top Gainers / Top Losers
- Time window: 24h / 6h / 1h
A news panel runs alongside the Hot Map, surfacing recent market-relevant headlines.
